Conus textile; also known as the Textile cone shell. This shell is one of three highly venomous species found in Hawai’i, its sting is very dangerous and potentially fatal.
Not very common to find, only one in each size have been made.
Each cone shell is handpicked on the island of Hawai’i by the designer where she then cleans, cuts and sands down the shell before attaching it to the top. The suit its self is made up of regenerated Italian fabric made from recycled material and features thick shoulder straps with adjustable back ties and for a more supportive fit.
