Conus bandanus; also known as the Banded Marble cone shell. This shell is one of three highly venomous species found in Hawai’i, its sting is very dangerous and potentially fatal.
Each cone shell is handpicked on the island of Hawai’i by the designer where she then cleans, cuts and sands down the shell before attaching it to the top. The suit its self is made up of regenerated Italian fabric made from recycled material and features a strapless design with adjustable back ties and boning built in seamlessly for additional support and structure.
