Mauritia maculifera maculifera; also known as the Hawaiian Reticulated cowrie.
Each cowrie shell is handpicked on the island of Hawai’i by the designer where she then cleans, cuts and sands down the shell before attaching it to the top. The suit its self is made up of regenerated Italian fabric made from recycled material and features a strapless design with adjustable back ties and boning built in seamlessly for additional support and structure.
